Developing management skills for social enterprise leaders - Cert HE Charity and Social Enterprise Management
Anglia Ruskin University developed this two-year, part-time Certificate of Higher Education following an in-depth consultation with the third sector. It is designed to develop the broad range of skills and understanding needed to manage staff, stakeholders and projects, and to help organisations define and achieve their strategic objectives. Over 110 students from organisations including small startups and established social enterprises, as well as household names such as WRVS, Salvation Army and the Red Cross have already signed up. Modules include Marketing, Social Enterprise, and Social Impact Assessment, and all assignments are about your own organisation - so it's not just you who benefits! We are now recruiting for a February 2016 start - learning is primarily online, supported by two full day workshops per semester, held in central London.
