About your speaker

Dr William Davies

Will is a researcher at Anglia Ruskin University with his PhD focused on understanding success within crowdfunding platforms. He is furthering this research by expanding beyond his original focus on the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter to examining the overall crowdfunding infrastructure itself. Especially in understanding the effects of signalling and social capital within crowdfunding platforms. He is currently working on the delivery of the Future by Design (FBD) project, whereby creating data-driven projects assisting small to medium-size enterprises.
