About this event

Are you looking for ways to reduce stress for you and your teams?

These times of uncertainty are understandably having a significant impact on our day to day lives and ways of working. Trying to adapt to the changes and new pressures – such as growing a business, managing new ways of working or coming out to network for the first time in a long time – can increase feelings of stress.

Come and join Corinna Hartwig, from the Hertfordshire Growth Hub SME Wellbeing and Resilience programme who will show how you can identify the different stresses, how to manage and reduce the different pressures and discover your very own resilience.

You will leave the session with a simple and practical toolkit that you can also apply for yourself but also in your workplace, allowing you to better understand your teams and empowering your staff to improve motivation and productivity.

She will also tell you more about how the Hertfordshire Growth Hub can support you and your Social Enterprise during these challenging times.
