As part of Cambridgeshire Social Enterprise County ‘Resilience Place’ series we are pleased to gather together local residents, businesses, entrepreneurs, social ventures/VCSE organisations, and local authority representatives who are supporting the region’s sustainability and wellbeing sector across Cambs and Peterborough.
This event is suitable for:
- Local residents/general public who need support with food costs or who are interested in sustainability or wellbeing
- Individuals who are looking to start a social or community business and want to make a difference
Those contributing to wellbeing by working in:
- Food eco systems (e.g. tackling food wastage or food inequality)
- Fairtrade produce
- Sustainability
- Circular economy
- Wellbeing
- Integrated Care Systems (ICS) sector
- Local authorities
Timings:
- Marketplace to display/sell and network – 12:00-14:00
- Speakers/networking 14:00-15:00

We’re pleased to be welcoming Anthony from Big Barn CIC who will talk about his local farm website and the local food ecosystem, plus Joanna Abena Fianu from eBay for Change who will explain how social or fair trade enterprises can set up and scale up on eBay.
We’re running an in-person event thanks to the support of Huntingdonshire District Council, Co-op Central England and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority.
This event is part of our support of Cambridgeshire’s status as a Social Enterprise Place. Our Resilience Place series of events is designed to support the Cambs community of social enterprises.
