Naveen Akhund
Naveen Akhund is the Co-Founder of Hirestance, an applicant tracking system that anonymises personal data (name, address, gender etc) during the CV screening process with the aim of minimising unconscious bias during the shortlisting stage.
Naveen works with start ups and SMEs on creating and managing the “ideal workplace”. This includes creating and implementing policies and programmes such as:
